After an order is placed, engineering drawings are created by our professional engineer. They must be approved by customer, and a deposit received, before the order goes into production.
Warranty for 3 years.
If defects in LED or driver (electric parts) or anything obviously caused by manufacture, 3 years of warranty. But if breakage of mirror glass, it's not included in warranty range, because this may be caused by man-made.
